We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to you as quickly as possible. You will receive your order in 7-20 business days from the date that it is placed.

HOW WE FULFILLED YOUR ORDER?

 Order Processing Flow

VERIFICATION

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

PROCESSING

It normally takes 3-7 days for us to process your order and takes 1-3 business days for the items marked with “Priority Dispatching” to be ready for shipment. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

SHIPPING

Postal Shipping(10-20 Business Days).

Express Shipping(7-10 Business Days).

*We offer free postal shipping for all the orders over $99.

 

Postal Shipping service:

Order processing: 3-7 days. Order delivery: 10-20 days.  The items you ordered will reach you within 13-25 days.

Express Shipping service:

Order processing: 3-7 days. Order delivery: 7-10 days. The items you ordered will reach you within 10-15 days.

HOLIDAY REMINDER

During week-long Chinese holidays, Chinese National Day and New Year, services from certain suppliers and carriers may be affected, which means that deliveries for order placed around these holidays may be delayed 3-7 days.

SPECIAL SITUATION REMINDER

Due to the severe global situation of the COVID-19 epidemic and the suspension of most flights, the freight capacity of major routes has been greatly reduced. The control measures adopted by various countries will directly affect capacity, freight, processing speed and delivery time. The specific impact of time will vary from country to country. Please wait 10-25 days more after the estimated time of arrival.

How Do I Know If My Package Has Shipped And Is On Its Way?

When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will process, and when it's ready to leave our Distribution Center you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment. Please refer to our full Shipping Policy for current processing times and available shipping methods.

Note: Receiving a shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our Distribution Center. Depending on the shipping method selected, please use the carrier’s tracking features to determine when your package is picked up, in-transit, and delivered to your door.

Do You Refund Shipping Fees?

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from gatornew.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

 

*Notice: Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

Due to COVID-19, shipments to below countries have been prohibited. Unfortunately, we will have to stop our services and shipments temporarily. Once we have clearance to ship again, we will notify you immediately.
