1.Are you a legitimate Website?

Shopping on our website is always safe and secure! We are a small business that’s two years old, located in the Hong Kong. While “scam website” seem to be increasingly popular, we’re not one of them.

2.How do I know what size to choose?

The size is true to size description as below picture, size might be different as different items styles, please check size description before choose size. Clothes tend to be smaller. It is recommended that you buy 1-2 yards larger than the original ones.

(1)Checking the size of your bust, hip and waist.

(2)Checking size description when you selected one size, and then compare with your size. After that, you can choose the right size easily. We hand measure each product and provide fit details for every style, so be sure to read the details section before buying.

*Note: Data shown in the chart refer to body measurements.Select your country in the chart to see your local sizing. Size may be 3cm/1.5 inch inaccuracy due to hand measure.

3.Do you ship to my country?

We ship orders all over the world. If you want to know more detailed information, please check the dedicated “Shipping & Delivery”.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

Please note the total time = processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances.)

5.Why The Color Of Received Clothing Is A Little Different From What I Saw Online ?

The camera's perspective and the extent of lighting may cause a little color difference. Hope you could understand us. If it does not affect the appearance and mood about your favorite clothing, we hope you can keep clothing. We will give you promotion code as the compensation for the future purchase. However, we will try our best to avoid the matter happens.

6. Is my privacy and personal information secure on your site?

Please don’t worry; it is safe to order on our website.

We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server. None of your credit-card details will be revealed.

During checkout, when you enter your credit card & personal information at our online store, you are passing the information securely to us, using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

7.What kinds of payment are accepted?

8.How do I return or exchange an item?

Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchange without prior return authorization. Therefore if you need to return your order for some reason, please contact our Customer Service staff first to confirm. Once you are authorized to return the item(s), please follow all of the instructions provided.

We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. Keep the Return Tracking Number associated with the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. GATORNEW.com is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by us, or without the original packing slip. Also, GATORNEW.com do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Please note the following product return requirements:
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt;

Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed;

Merchandise must have all tags, original packaging, accessories and embellishments fully intact;

Gift cards, jewelry, underwear and bodysuits merchandise may not be returned.

9.Forgot To Use the Code?

Regrettably, orders that have already been placed cannot be changed and discounts cannot be added after a purchase has finalized. Instead, please use your code on your next purchase!

10.Does GATORNEW Issue Refund?

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that it is canceled.

For Out of Stock items: we issue refunds to the original form of payment used if any items on the order sell out and we are unable to replenish in a timely manner.

*Note: Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. The exact time can vary and is subject to the individual payment provider. Once refunds have been processed, we recommend contacting your payment provider for updates. All original shipping charges are non-refundable.
